Bridge days
No public holiday in 2027 leaves a single working day stranded next to a weekend, so there is no cheap bridge available this year. Holidays that fall mid week, or that fall on a Monday or Friday and extend the weekend directly, do not create one.
How these are worked out
Every day of 2027 is classified as working or non-working using Costa Rica's own weekend pattern and its nationwide public holidays. Runs made of a weekend alone are excluded, since a two day weekend is not a long weekend.
